Heather - Director of Operations
Heather started her IT career as Help Desk Level 1 at a major bank. She was quickly promoted to a team lead, Primary Team Lead and eventually the High Severity Crisis Coordinator. She was responsible for the daily IT report that went to all C-level employees of the bank which has given her the ability to communicate with people of all technical levels.
Heather has been with AC3 since 2010 and is in charge of providing all clients with remote support, administrating Office365 tenets, network administration and server support. She holds certifications including ITIL, Help Desk Institute of America, Microsoft MSCA: Office 365, VMware Certified Professional 6; Data Center Virtualization, Linux+, Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, and LPIC-1: System Administrator and holds a Bachelor of Science, IT - Security Emphasis with an eye towards getting a Masters degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
Biggest Accomplishment: Successfully making a huge career shift after Hurricane Katrina
